Yes, this was the very first container in Europe that our head office collected from the quayside in Bremerhaven. But what was remarkable about it was that we put this container on the road, and this is where our core competence still lies today.

Since these beginnings in 1966, we have continuously developed and optimised our services every single day. For more than 20 years, we have operated under the name EKB Container Logistik and are the only company to service the ports of the complete Hamburg–Antwerp range.
