Maximum weight
Maximum permissible gross weight incl. truck, chassis and container:
40,000 kg: on the entire German road network
44,000 kg: for rail/road 'intermodal transport', transportation distance by road max. 150 km (this mode of transport requires special truck/chassis equipment, which generates higher transport costs)
The average weights for trucks, chassis and containers presented in the following table will help you to calculate the maximum permissible load weight (please contact us for a detailed calculation):
